Allahabad HC: Close Relative Who's Natural Witness of Crime Can't Be Considered as Interested Witness - 26.05.2022

Allahabad High Court while observing that a close relative who is a natural witness, cannot be recorded as an interested witness has upheld the life sentence awarded to a murder convict by District and Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat in 1996.
