Calcutta HC Dismisses Plea by WBCPCR Seeking Compensation From Election Commission For Covid Orphans - 25.05.2022

Calcutta HC dismissed a PIL filed by West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights (WBCPCR) seeking a direction upon the Election Commission to compensate the families of the children who have lost their lives due to Covid-19 following the announcement of the general elections in the State.
