Delhi HC: Provision for Quantum of Damages Under LA Act Would Apply to Arbitrations Under RDP Act - 24.05.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the provisions for the quantum of damages under Land Acquisition Act, 2013 (LA Act) would apply to arbitrations under the Resettlement of Displaced Persons (Land Acquisition) Act, 1948 (RDP Act).
