Karnataka High Court Extends Stay on ED Attachment of Xiaomi India Pvt. Assets - 24.05.2022

Karnataka High Court has extended the stay granted on the Enforcement Directorate’s order dated April 29 till June 1. By the said order ED has directed to seize Rs.5551.27 crores from M/s Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
