Delhi HC: Mere Absence of a Running Contract Not Sufficient to Discontinue Social Measures - 23.05.2022

Delhi High Court expressed displeasure over Delhi Govt. action of discontinuing distribution of sanitary napkins to girl students of govt. and govt. aided schools under Kishori Yojana. The facility has been disrupted since January 2021, due to expiry of contract with the erstwhile service provider.
