Orissa HC Directs Inspector General of Registration to Ensure Strict Compliance with RERA - 23.05.2022

Orissa High Court has directed the Inspector General of Registration to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Act and Rules, until the conflict between provisions of the RERA and the Odisha Apartment Ownership (Amendment) Rules, 2021 is reconciled.
