J&K&L HC: If Allegations in FIR Are Not Substantiated, Continuance of Investigation is Abuse of Law - 20.05.2022

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while quashing an FIR against a SHO has observed that if allegations made in the FIR are not substantiated by the material assembled by the investigating agency, the continuance of investigation in such matters amounts to abuse of process of law.
