Sikkim HC Rejects Plea Challenging State's "One Family One Job" Policy - 20.05.2022

Sikkim High Court has refused to interfere with the State Government's 'One Family One Job' scheme and observed that the beneficial nature of the Scheme cannot be doubted and examined purely on the basis of technicalities as provided under the relevant Rules.
