CIC Asks Intelligence Bureau: Why Report on Whistleblower Not Been Made Public - 30.03.2016

Central Information Commission (CIC) has issued notice to Intelligence Bureau, an organisation exempted from transparency law except in some cases, asking it to explain why its report on alleged harassment of whistleblower IFoS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi by officials be not made public.
