SC: Centre Can't Hold Tribunal Appointments Cleared by SCSC Citing New Inputs - 18.05.2022

Supreme Court has struck down the practice of Central Government to delay appointments to Tribunals notwithstanding recommendations from the Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) based on new information about the candidates.
