Calcutta HC Grants Bail To NDPS Accused, Orders Enquiry & Preservation of CCTV Footage - 18.05.2022

Calcutta High Court in a case of Custodial torture, has granted bail to an accused against whom proceedings under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act) had been initiated after taking into account that he had suffered torture while in custody.
