CESTAT: No Excise Duty on Goods Manufactured on Job Work Basis - 18.05.2022

Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has ruled that no excise duty on goods manufactured on job work basis from old and used goods supplied by the principal supplier.
