CESTAT: Exemption of Excise Duty For Galvanized Solar Structures As Part of Solar Power Generation - 17.05.2022

Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi has ruled that galvanised solar structure is a part of solar power generation facility and hence can claim exemption from duty of excise.
