Delhi HC: Time Limit of 8 Hours to File Reply to Show Cause Notice is Unreasonable - 17.05.2022

Delhi High Court bench has ruled that the time limit of eight hours to respond to the show cause notice was found to be neither reasonable nor effective. In such a short period of time, the assessee could not have submitted significant information and documents to substantiate his case.
