Kerala HC Put Stay on GCDA Decision on Land Allotment - 30.03.2016

Kerala High Court has stayed decision of the Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) to allot 50.35 cents of land lying in the light industrial zone at Giri Nagar to a housing society of police officers.
