PIL In Delhi High Court Seeks To Make Health & Yoga Science Mandatory Upto 8th Standard Curriculum - 16.05.2022

Public interest litigation has been filed in the Court seeking directions on the Centre and the Delhi Government to make "Health and Yoga Science" a mandatory part of curriculum up to 8th Standard for an overall development of the children in spirit of Section 29 of the Right to Education Act, 2009.
