Delhi HC: Pendency of Insolvency Petition Is Not Bar to Appointment of Arbitrator - 16.05.2022

Delhi High Court has observed that the mere pendency of an insolvency petition under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is not a bar to the appointment of an arbitrator.
