SC: Appeal to NCLAT Shall Be Filed Within Period of 30 Days - 13.05.2022

Supreme Court has reiterated that an appeal against the order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) shall be filed before the NCLAT within a period of thirty days and the appellate tribunal can only condone delay for a period of fifteen days.
