NCLT, Delhi: NCLT Empowered to Pierce Corporate Veil to Ascertain True Successful Bidder - 11.05.2022

National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi has held that it has the power to pierce the corporate veil to establish the real successful bidder. The corporate personality must be utilised for legitimate purposes only; or else individual will not be able to hide behind the corporate personality.
