SC Refers Plea over Acquittal of Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa to Bench - 29.03.2016

Supreme Court has referred a plea seeking declaration of Karnataka High Court verdict acquitting Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in a disproportionate assets case as arbitrary and void, to a Bench dealing with the matter.
