P&H HC: Trafficking of Human Beings Won’t Amount to Jeopardising Sovereignty & Integrity of India - 10.05.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that trafficking in human beings doesn't jeopardize the sovereignty and integrity of India. It stated that it may risk friendly relations among the countries only if there is tangible evidence available to substantiate the allegations.
