Delhi HC: Convict Under POCSO Act Not Barred From Seeking Parole - 09.05.2022

Delhi High Court has reiterated that a convict under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 is not barred from seeking parole, as discretion has been vested in the Competent Authority to grant parole to such a convict under special circumstances.
