Deceased student entitled to compensation against future prospects even if unemployed

The Court rejected the arguments of the Appellant that the deceased did not have future prospects as the income worked out by the MACT was notional. It determined that an assumption based on reasonable criteria would yield that the deceased, a 17 year old student, would have future prospects.
