ITAT, Delhi: AO Cannot Apply Wrong Method to Determine Profit in Absence of Audited Financials - 06.05.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has ruled that the Assessing Officer cannot give benefit to the assessee for non-cooperation in providing audited financials of associated enterprises.
