ITAT, Mumbai Deletes Transfer Pricing Adjustment on International Transaction - 06.05.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai while ruling that Transfer Pricing Officer (TPO) has adopted the wrong Gross Profit Margin of the comparable company, deleted transfer pricing adjustment with regard to an international transaction.
