AAR, West Bengal: Dismantling of Existing Sleeper and Installing New Ones Attracts 12% GST - 06.05.2022

Authority of Advance Ruling, West Bengal has held that the dismantling of existing sleeper fixings and/or installation of H-Bean Steel sleepers for railways amounts to the execution of original work and would attract 12% Goods and Services Tax.
