Madras HC: Arbitral Award Not Providing Statutory Compensation Under NHA is Perverse - 04.05.2022

Madras High Court has observed that an arbitral award does not provide for payment of compulsory statutory compensation with regard to the land acquired under the National Highways Act, 1956 is perverse.
