Delhi HC: Party Can't Exhaust Alternate Remedy in SC Before Approaching HC U/Art. 227 - 03.05.2022

Delhi High Court has ruled that a party cannot be bound for exhausting the alternate remedy available before the Supreme Court before approaching the High Courts under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution.
