AAR, Gujarat: No GST Leviable on Amount Representing Employees Portion of Canteen Charges - 03.05.2022

Authority of Advance Ruling, Gujarat has ruled that no Goods and Services Tax is leviable in the hands of the employer on an amount in lieu of the employee portion of canteen charges.
