Delhi HC: Husband & Wife Two Pillars of Family, Whole House Crashes Down if One Gets Weak - 03.05.2022

Delhi High Court has upheld an order passed by the Family Court allowing divorce in favour of the wife under section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 observing that the wife had well established the ground of mental cruelty by the husband.
