Gujarat HC: Bar on Cognizance U/S 195(1)(b)(ii) CrPC Not Attracted When Forgery Took Place - 02.05.2022

Gujarat High Court has ruled that the bar of Section 195(1)(b)(ii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 would be attracted only when the offences provided in the said provision have been committed with respect to a document after it has been produced in evidence in a proceeding in any Court.
