Processing of e-forms and company registration handed to CRC

MANU/DCAF/0023/2016

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs notified that the Central Registration Centre will have functional jurisdiction of processing and disposal of e-forms and all related matters pertaining to registration of companies under Sections 7, 8 and 366 of the Companies Act, 2013, with territorial jurisdiction all over India. Administrative and jurisdictional activities of the Central Registration Centre will become effective 28 March 2016.
