Calcutta HC: Electricity Distribution Company Can Install Electric Poll on Private Land - 28.04.2022

Calcutta High Court has observed that West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has the right to install electric polls on private land and can also take required action relating to any property if it is not possible to take the electric connection over an alternative passage.
