Delhi HC Seeks Records From NCB, Customs & DRI in NDPS Cases - 28.04.2022

Delhi High Court has directed the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, the Narcotics Control Bureau and the Customs Department to put on record a statement of cases under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and the Customs Act, 1962 which were put to trial by the department.
