Allahabad HC: Maintenance U/S 125 CrPC Can be Granted if Restitution of Conjugal Rights is Passed - 27.04.2022

Allahabad High Court has held that there is no bar under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to grant maintenance to a wife, even against whom, a decree for restitution of conjugal rights has been passed.
