CESTAT, Delhi: Service Tax Not Payable on Liquidated Damages - 26.04.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has observed that service tax is not to be paid on liquidated damages recovered on the failure to complete the contract.
