Kerala HC: Details of Funds in Possession Not Necessary in Plaint for Specific Performance - 26.04.2022

Kerala High Court has ruled that even if the plaintiff has not provided details of funds in her possession in a suit for specific performance or the way in which she planned to raise them in the plaint, it is not fatal to the suit since those aspects need not be pleaded.
