NCLT Cuttack: CIRP Can’t be Initiated Over Undecided Claims or Unstamped Agreements - 26.04.2022

National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack has ruled that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process cannot be initiated based on undecided claims and/or unstamped and unregistered agreements, which need compulsory registration in law.
