Gauhati HC Declines Relief to Student Who was Denied LLB Degree for Failing in Taxation Law - 22.04.2022

Gauhati High Court has declined to provide an assistance to a person who was denied Bachelor of Legislative Law degree because of his failure to secure passing marks in one (Taxation Law) out of 37 papers given under the prospectus of his institution.
