Delhi HC: Criminal Justice Machinery Should Not be Kept in Limbo - 22.04.2022

Delhi High Court has ruled that the criminal justice machinery shall not be kept in limbo and that the proceedings cannot remain stayed before the Trial Court because of the non-availability of the counsel.
