Rajasthan HC: Revisional Power at Stage of Framing of Charges is Very Restricted - 22.04.2022

Rajasthan High Court has ruled that at the stage of framing of charge, the extent of interference of the High Court, as a Revisional Court is very limited, so that the Court must be worried with the question whether there is any doubt against the accused, and not with the proof of the allegation.
