Bombay HC: Orders U/S 60 Maharashtra Police Act Are Quasi-Judicial, Must be Supported by Reasons - 22.04.2022

Bombay High Court has observed that the order of Divisional Commissioner on externment under the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 are not administrative orders but are quasi-judicial in nature and the officer is bound by the duty to give reasons for the same.
