Delhi HC: Restraint Order Against Husband Under DV Act from Making Arrangement for Child Visitation - 21.04.2022

Delhi High Court has ruled that the domain and extent of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Family Courts Act, 1984, being two competing statutes, must be harmoniously construed in order to avoid a situation of repugnancy and conflict.
