AAR, Telangana: ITC Can be Claimed on IGST Paid Both on Imports Intra & Inter-State Sales, Rules - 20.04.2022

Authority of Advance Ruling, Telangana has observed that Integrated Goods and Services tax paid on imports is eligible to be availed as an Input Tax Credit both on intra-state and inter-state sales.
