Delhi High Court: Calling Husband Fat is Cruelty - 28.03.2016

Delhi High Court while upholding the divorce plea of a Delhi-based businessman who faced daily humiliation from his wife for being overweight has observed that calling of names and hurling of abuses such as 'Hathi', 'Mota Hathi' is bound to strike at his self-respect and self-esteem.
