Calcutta HC Directs to Withdraw Notice Preventing Students from Classes for Default of Dues - 20.04.2022

Calcutta High Court has reiterated that unaided private schools whose names had come up regarding allegations of arbitrary fee hike during the pandemic cannot deny promotion to any student or withhold report cards for non-payment of fees.
