Rajasthan HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Direction to Conduct Census to Centre in Specific Time Frame - 20.04.2022

Rajasthan High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation seeking a direction to Union government to conduct the Census in scheduled timeline, sans any further delay and also to declare the Section 3 of the Census Act, 1948 as ultra vires.
