Allahabad HC: Dismissal of Application Can’t Be Ground to Transfer Criminal Case - 20.04.2022

Allahabad High Court has observed that merely because an applicant’s application was rejected by the trial Court, it cannot be a ground to transfer a case from that Court to another.
