JKL HC: Convicted Accused Who Can't Understand Proceedings Can Be Referred To HC u/s 341 J&K CrPC - 19.04.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that the case of an accused who’s convicted, although not insane, but who can’t be made to comprehend the proceedings, can be referred to the High Court under section 341 of Jammu and Kashmir Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
