Delhi HC: Denial of Conjugal Relationship Ground for Divorce But Not Exceptional Hardship - 19.04.2022

Delhi High Court has observed that although denial of conjugal relationship is a ground for divorce and equivalent to cruelty, the same cannot be said to amount to exceptional hardship under Section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955.
